    Welcome Bullfrogs!

       My name is Jennifer Scholl, and I am very excited to be the counselor at Brazos Bend Elementary! I am going on my 7th year as the counselor here at BBE, and am so grateful to be able to work with such a great group of students, families, staff and our community. My goals each year are to teach character education using our Core Essentials, enhance social skills and build the confidence our students need to be successful and complete in their emotional buckets.

       I offer individual, small group and classroom guidance and counseling to all students. I look forward to a great school year with many exciting schoolwide activities that keep our students and staff engaged and motivated.

    A Professional School Counselor is available at Brazos Bend Elementary to provide a Comprehensive Developmental Guidance Program and service for all students in the areas of:

    • Guidance Curriculum - In an effort to help students develop competence in essential life skills
    • Responsive Services -  Provide intrvention for immediate personal/social/emotional concerns
    • Individual Planning - Provide guidance to help students plan, monitor, and manage their persoanl, educational and career goals, and facilitate transition activities for post-secondary education and/or training
    • System Support - Support campus staff, parents, and community to promote the educational, career, personal, and social development of students, as well as the Developmental Guidance Program
