Hello Bullfrogs! I am so excited to be starting my 11th year at Brazos Bend!  I attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 2000. I began my career in Alief ISD, where I taught for 14 years before coming to Fort Bend ISD. I spent my first six years teaching 2nd grade. Then I taught 3rd and 4th graders. I began teaching 5th grade in 2019, and absolutely love it! To better meet the needs of the diverse students in my classroom, I am ESL (English as a Second Language) certified. I am looking forward to an amazing year with my 5th graders! It is very exciting to watch my students learn and grow!
