Hi Bullfrogs and parents - Welcome to the 2025-25 school year!

I am so thrilled to be teaching 4th grade again this year and I look forward to meeting my new students. This year marks my 22nd year at BBE as a teacher and a return to my role as 4th grade team leader.  I will be self-contained for this school year.

I currently live in Houston but grew up in Youngstown, Ohio where I attended college and then moved to New Territory where I raised my family. I have been a Texan for 35 years now!  I received my Masters in Educational Administration from Lamar University and am proud to say I love being a lifelong learner! 

Prior to working at BBE, I was a parent volunteer here and a mom of two BBE Bullfrogs, Megan and Reed.  Megan is 29 years old and lives in California, where she has a wonderful job and life! Reed is 25, and has secured a great job in Houston. They both make me so proud and I am so lucky to be both of their moms!  I also have a 75 pound Labradoodle, Winnie, who keeps me active and is truly the sweetest dog I could ask for.
