Hello Navigators! I am thrilled to be the counselor at Sienna Crossing Elementary School.  It is hard to believe that I have been in education for 20 years. I received my B.S. degree in education from Texas Southern University.  After several years of teaching I decided to go back to school and I received my M.Ed. in counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria. I am really enjoying my role in encouraging the students to strive for their personal best.  I also enjoy having the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children each day.  Each day I get to work with the best students, teachers, administrators, and parents.

 

I am happily married to my husband Quentin and we are blessed to have two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Jordyn.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with family.  A great movie while lounging on the couch is also a great treat.
