The Coding and Robotics Club welcomes all 4th and 5th grade students to apply. We will spend our time learning to code using Scratch and Lego Spike robots to prepare for the FBISD competition in the Spring.
SCE Coding and Robotics Club will be available to a total of 20, 4th and 5th grade students. The application process will include 3 essay questions completed by the student, 2 teacher recommendations (Mrs. Morgan will give the recommendations to current teacher once student has submitted the application), and a Scratch project which will be completed at school. The Scratch project must be done at 7:30 a.m. in Mrs. Morgan's class. The exact date for applicants to come in and submit the Scratch project will be given after applications are processed. If your student qualifies to be a member of the SCE Coding and Robotics Club, he/she will receive a letter of acceptance and a parent email.
Students who are interested in applying for Coding and Robotics Club will need to pick up an application from Mrs. Morgan. Applications will not be given until the end of October.
If you have any questions about the Coding and Robotics Club, please email Mrs. Morgan at email@example.com
