The fine arts program at SCE includes the music and art program. Students participate in music class as part of an eight day rotation of Library, Art, Music, S.T.E.M. Lab, and P.E. We refer to our out classes as "LAMP."

 

During music classes, students play instruments, sing songs and play games, study various composers and musicians and learn and apply music terms. Each grade level has performance opportunities either in a musical, learning and playing the recorder in 5th grade, performing in our school wide Veteran's Day program, or participating in end of the year programs for parents and peers.
