Welcome! I’m Karina Anderson, and I have the joy of teaching 4th grade Reading Language Arts and Social Studies at Sienna Crossing Elementary. With over 10 years of classroom experience, my mission is to help students fall in love with learning—especially through writing. In my classroom, students don’t just write essays; they become published authors, discovering the power of their voice and the joy of storytelling.

I believe in leading by example. For more than 18 years, I’ve mentored and coached youths, helping them dream big, lead boldly, and make a positive impact. I am a servant-leader of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., volunteer with the Fort Bend Education Foundation, and a proud advocate for Fort Bend ISD.

Outside the classroom, I lead the STEPticians step and dance team, active in ministry with my church and teach Financial Literacy to help citizens build confidence in every area of life. My Fur Babies Champ (Cane Corso, age 6 yo) and Prince (Jackahuahua, age 9 yo) hold a huge part of my heart and keep me grounded with long walks and cuddles every day.
