Hi Lions! I am so happy you are here! My name is Samantha Lannen and I will be your 2nd grade ELAR (English Language Arts and Reading) teacher this year. I am starting my 11th year of teaching and love calling Leonetti my home!

I was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas with my parents and younger brother. I was lucky enough to attend all Fort Bend ISD schools. (E's House!!) I then attended the University of Houston, where I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education. Following that, I attended Lamar University and received my Masters in Educational Leadership. I love learning and am so excited to share my passion with you! 

When I am not teaching or planning fun lessons for us, I love to spend time with my husband and our three kids. I also enjoy organizing, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places!

I am looking forward to a wonderful year filled with fun and learning.  Leonetti Elementary is the greatest place to be!
