Hello and welcome! My name is Jonna Lansangan and I will be your second grade Math and Science teacher! This will be my thirteenth year of teaching and my sixth year at DLE! Prior to becoming a Lion, I spent six wonderful years teaching Kindergarten. I am excited to start my 2024-2025 school year with you and am so happy to call Leonetti my home!

I was raised in Sugar Land area and graduated from Kempner High School. After graduating from Kempner High School, I attended the University of Houston, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Minor in Psychology.  My husband, Dennis is a U.S. Navy veteran and currently works in the Energy industry. We live in Sugar Land with our three sons- Jonathan, Daniel, and Caleb.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, crafting, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
