Mrs. Kathy Sanders

Hello and welcome to third grade! My name is Kathy Sanders and I have been teaching since 2004. I am excited for the school year and to meet my students. 

I received my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston, and I am certified to teach preK - 4. I have spent the majority of my career teaching second grade, and I'm excited to be back.  

I am a graduate of FBISD, graduating from Elkins High School. My husband, John, and I have been married for 21 years. We have two children. Josh is a senior and plays varsity baseball at Elkins High School. Kate is in sixth grade at First Colony Middle School and enjoys tumbling and swimming. We also have a very energetic Boxer dog named Callie.
