Hello all!

My name is Emily Trinidad and I'm excited to return at APE as your librarian this year! This year, I'm starting my third year in the library and seventh year teaching. I love being able to help students navigate the library and technology!  

I was born in Houston and grew up here in Fort Bend with my five brothers and sisters.  I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in December 2018 and immediately moved back home to Texas. After teaching for several years in the elementary classroom, I made the transition to librarian in February of 2022 at Austin Parkway! 

When I'm not at school, I love spending time at home with my husband and our two cats. I fill my time with crocheting, swimming, and, of course, reading!
