• Students are bombarded with the question, "What are you going to do after you graduate?"  It is hard to answer that question if you haven't had the opportunity to explore careers in various fields.  Career and Technical Education (CTE) provides challenging career pathways for all students utilizing real-world practices and evolving skill sets, attitudes, and behaviors.

Highly specialized courses that require extensive industry standard equipment will be offered at the James Reese Career and Technical Center (Reese Center).  Many of the courses offered at the Reese Center provide students with the opportunity to take dual credit coursework through one of our higher education partners including but not limited to Texas State Technical College (TSTC), Houston Community College (HCC), University of Houston (UH), and University of Houston Downtown (UHD).  While enrolled in these highly specialized and rigorous courses, students will have the opportunity to earn industry certifications which will give them a competitive advantage when applying for college and careers.
