Texas is my home state.  I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Reading Specialization. I began my teaching career with Angleton ISD. I have also taught in LCISD, NISD and now FBISD.  This is my eleventh year with FBISD.  I am thrilled to be able to continue that at James Reese Career and Technical Center this year.  I am certified to teach World History, American History, Government and Economics at the Secondary level. I have my GT Certification as well.  I have taught in Elementary, Middle and High School.   My passions include my kids, music, Disneyworld, photography, travel and anything outdoors.  I have two wonderful sons, Andrew and Daniel.  Andrew graduated from University of Texas in Dallas in May of 2022 with a degree in Software Engineering. He lives and works in the Dallas area.  Daniel attended the University of Texas as well and earned a degree in Biology.  He works for Houston Methodist Hospital. I am also lucky enough to have a beautiful daughter-in-law, Hannah. She is married to Daniel and is pursuing a degree in Education at University of Houston.   My little Yorkshire Terrier named Quinn rules my house!  Life is beautiful.
