I am thrilled to be teaching 4th grade again here at Madden Elementary! I have been teaching for over ten years and am a proud graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown! I'm a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT), certified to teach early childhood to 6th grade, English as a Second Language, & GT. My goal as an educator is to support the growth of students academically and socially so they can learn at their fullest potential. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy adventures with my husband and two children, Hunter and Maci. We enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, boat rides, baseball, and anything around the water. I love going to Starbucks, Hobby Lobby, reading, and journaling. I am proud to be a member of the Husky community and am excited about the fun year of learning ahead!
