Welcome to CLaSS (Communication Language and Social Skills)! I am Zoey Fuqua and I am honored to be a part of the Madden family. This will be my 4th year in education. I am beyond excited about the year ahead and building relationships with parents and students in the community. 

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of science in teaching and learning. I also have a minor in Kinesiology.

I enjoy dancing, singing, drawing during my free time. I love spending time with family playing cards and board games. I have a pet cat that is extra spoiled.

My favorite aspect of teaching is seeing students grow and thrive in a safe and structured environment. When students gain confidence to speak up and achieve their full potential. I love to see students productively struggling because that means they are making connections to utilize in the future and are increasing their knowledge.
