Mrs. Ellen Payne
My name is Ellen Payne, and this school year marks my 16th year of teaching. This will be my first year teaching at Madden Elementary. Previously, I taught for 11 years in Alief ISD. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the Philippines and have earned credits towards a Master’s in Special Education. After relocating to the U.S., I completed the Alternate Certification Program to become certified to teach in Texas.
As a Special Education Teacher, I believe every student possesses unique strengths and capabilities. My goal is to create an environment where each individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. As we embark on this academic year at Madden Elementary, I am eager to share the journey of discovery and growth with my students. Together, let's make this year a memorable and enriching experience!
Outside my professional life, my husband and I are blessed with two wonderful teenagers who are both in High School and have been in Fort Bend ISD since Pre-Kindergarten. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
