Joy Onwuemelie

My name is Joy Onwuemelie. I joined the Fort Bend ISD family in 2008.  I have a Master’s degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree in History/Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1986. This will be the 16th year with FBISD, all of them in FLASH and SAILS. Thank you for sharing your children with me, and I look forward to another great year.
