When I decided to return to school and complete my Bachelor of Science Degree, my mind was set on teaching older students.  I spent the last seven years teaching both 1st and 2nd grade, which I loved.  My students (otherwise known as "my kids") were always so excited and eager to learn new things that it makes coming to work very easy.  They are so full of questions and energy! 

I am now teaching fourth grade math and science, which I considered in college as my dream job.  We dive deeper into the foundation that was created by the primary grades.  I really enjoy the subject matter and love being part of the great fourth grade team.
