I graduated from Texas A&M in 1986 with a degree in business analysis.  I worked for 10 years in the industry and then got my teaching certification.  I now teach math and science to fourth graders. Teaching is a dream come true for me and I can honestly say I love this job. I try to connect with each child to encourage them to reach their full potential.  I hope to encourage effort and motivation, which are keys to success.  Most of all, I hope my students and I enjoy learning together, feel free to be ourselves, and always be kind. 

I have two children who are recent graduates of Baylor and Ole Miss.  I enjoy being a Mom and a teacher.   I like doing things at the beach in my free time and enjoy shopping, reading and taking pictures. I have two dogs that keep me entertained quite a bit of the time.

This will be my 21st year at Lexington Creek.  I look forward to working with parents and children to create a fun and academically challenging learning experience for all of us.
