Greetings Lions! I am Ms. McAlister, and this is my fourth year at Lexington Creek Elementary. I graduated from the University of Houston Downtown with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am certified in special education EC-12, English as a second language, and general education EC-6. I teach Project Read, an Orton Gillham program that focuses on helping students with their phonics, reading comprehension, and written expression skills.

During my free time, I love spending time with my two wonderful children. We love going to the beach, traveling, having movie nights, and doing arts and crafts. I am excited about being a part of the Lexington Creek team, and I look forward to a wonderful school year!
