Mrs. Sharon Briseno

Hi, Cougar Cubs! My name is Sharon Briseno, and I am so excited to begin my third year of teaching at Pecan Grove. I am a graduate of the University of Houston (go Coogs!) and am certified to teach EC-6. Being a classroom teacher has been my dream and my passion for as long as I can remember. Three school years ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to be able to serve the Pecan Grove community as a Teacher Resident on the second grade team. Throughout my residency, I was equipped with hands-on experience and countless tools, tips, and strategies that have helped me feel prepared to lead my own classroom. This school year, I have the privilege of being your child's second grade ELAR and Social Studies teacher and I cannot wait to get to know you all!
