Hello, 5th Grade Families!

My name is Ashley Gwalchmai, and I’m thrilled to be stepping into my very first year of teaching 5th grade Math and Science!

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Learning (EC‑6) from the University of Houston, Go Coogs!

I’m passionate about creating a warm, inspiring, and joyful learning environment where each student feels encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow.

As this school year begins, I’m filled with excitement and gratitude to share this journey with your children. I can’t wait to partner with you—together, let’s make this 5th grade year unforgettable!
