Mrs. Tracy Gaines

My name is Tracy Gaines. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration. I graduated from South Texas College of Law with a Doctor of Juris Prudence and practiced law for several years. Then, I found my true passion—teaching!

Before coming to Pecan Grove, I taught 2nd and 3rd grade in Lamar CISD. I am so grateful to be at Pecan Grove again this year!  First grade has my heart. 

I am married and have 2 girls. As a family, we enjoy attending church, going to movies, reading books, and going out to eat. I also enjoy jogging.

I am looking forward to a great year!!!!
