Hello! My name is Karen Yau. I am excited to be one of the second grade teachers here at Colony Bend Elementary. I have previously taught Pre-K, Kinder, first, second, and third grade. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Education. 

Outside of teaching, I enjoyed spending time with friends and family, most importantly my two furry babies, Teddy and Toffee.

I look forward to an amazing school year and getting to know all of my students! I can't wait to see how much your child will learn and grow with us this school year!
