Hello, I'm Stephanie Gaines, and I teach first grade at QVE. I've been teaching here for five years, and I absolutely enjoy it! I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. I am certified in Early Childhood through sixth grade, Science of Teaching Reading, and Gifted and Talented. As a lifelong learner, I strongly believe in continuing education. I chose to become a teacher to make a difference in the lives of young children by equipping them with the necessary skills for success in first grade and beyond. My ultimate goal is to create a classroom environment where students are motivated and enthusiastic about learning. This is my why!
