Welcome to Kindergarten! 🎉

Hi there! My name is Jessica Chiang, and I’m so excited to welcome you and your child to an amazing year in Kindergarten!

I was born and raised in sunny Tampa, Florida, but I’ve called Houston home since 2003. That’s where I earned my teaching degree from the University of Houston–Downtown. My husband and I have a wonderful 12-year-old daughter named Katherine, who keeps us on our toes!

When I’m not in the classroom, I love riding my bike and taking beach trips with my family—it’s my favorite way to relax and recharge.

This is my 8th year teaching at Dulles Elementary, and every year I’m just as excited as the last. I truly love what I do and feel so lucky to be part of your child’s learning journey. Watching kids grow and discover who they are and what they’re capable of is the best part of my job.
