The Dulles Marathon Club is a club designed to promote healthy choices and a healthy lifestyle for kids. The club is open to all fifth graders. Our goal is to try to complete a half marathon by the end of the school year. This club meets on the last Tuesday of each month to try to attain this goal. At every club meeting we warm-up with an exercise regiment that the students created. We then go out to the track and walk/run laps to contribute to our end goal. Students keep track of their laps with counters given by the sponsors. At the end of the club we record our progress. At the end of the school year, we celebrate all student's success!
