KG-Gr 5 Registration 2019-2020
Registration is started online first at the Ft Bend ISD website Fortbendisd.com. When the registration has been completed, the family is prompted to make an appointment with our Registrar/ADA, Angela Lopez, to complete registration on campus. The link for registration information and to begin registration can be found in the quick links to the right.
Students new to Fort Bend ISD for the 2019-2020 school year should register by going to Fortbendisd.com and selecting the New Student Online Registration link beginning July 08, 2019.
Attendance is taken on a daily basis. Sienna Crossing Elementary doors open each morning at 7:30am and class begins at 8:10am. Any student not present at 10:00am is recorded as absent. When students are absent, parents must send a note stating a reason for the absence to the school within five school days of the students return to school. The note must include the date(s) and reason for absence. Failure to send the note within five school days will result in the absence(s) being recorded as unexcused.
Need to submit your absence note? Submit it electronically by emailing: AttendanceSCE@fortbendisd.com.
At 8:10am, students are to be in their classrooms. After this time, they are considered tardy. If a student is tardy the parent must escort the student into the building and sign them in. Please note, if a student has five or more tardies in a grading period, he/she can receive an “N” (Needs Improvement) on his/her report card under the appropriate conduct section. In order to excuse a tardy, you will need to turn in a doctor's note upon arrival.
A student picked up after 10am but before 3:25pm is considered an early pickup. In order to excuse an early pick up, you will need to turn in a doctor's note within five days of the student returning to school.
