My name is Jennifer Shick and I grew up in Tyler, Texas but have lived in the Houston area for 26 years. I have three sons- Robbie (13) and Christopher (10), and Andrew (5) with my husband of 16 years, Rob. I completed my undergraduate degree as well as my masters at the University of Houston. I love to read and enjoy taking pictures to add to my scrapbooks. Spending time with friends and family makes me happy and I am lucky to work with lots of friends here at SCE!
 
This year I begin my 22nd year of teaching, and have spent 16 of those here at Sienna Crossing.  I loved having the opportunity to experience being a librarian here at Sienna for seven years, but happily returned to the first grade classroom in 2013. My passion for education grows each time I see the light in a child's eyes, and their excitement for learning something new! I consider myself very blessed to be a part of the Sienna Crossing family and hope to be here for years to come!
