• I am so excited for your student to have the opportunity to be on our stage crew for our 4th grade musical!  This is a great way to stay involved in theater and showing them how much work goes in behind the scenes. 

    I will be looking for the follow positions to be filled.
     
    • 2 Stage Managers- would need to be at all rehearsals, one will be assigned to either side of the stage during the performances to help with scene changes, lines, entrances, and more. 
    • 2 Student Directors- would need to be at all rehearsals, They will feed the lines, help with any and all parts of the show.  
    • 2 Dance Captains- Would need to be at all Choreography rehearsals.  They would be the students in charge of warming up students at rehearsals and the students to go to with any questions about choreography.
    • 2 Sound Techs- Would run sound during the show. Would only need to be at Tech rehearsals and the shows.
    • 4 Costume- Would have to be at some Thursday rehearsals, starting in April. These students will help with organizing and putting together costumes.  They would also need to be available for all of the Tech rehearsals and all of the shows. 
    • 4 Sets/props-  Would have to be at some Thursday rehearsals, starting in April. These students will help with organizing and putting together sets and props.  They would also need to be available for all of the Tech rehearsals and all of the shows. 
     
    Each student will need to have this online form filled out by Tuesday, January 20th and will need to turn in their teacher recommendation form by the 20th as well outside Mrs. Humphrey's room.  They will also sign up for an interview time outside Mrs. Humphrey's room.
