My name is Jean Gardner, and I am very privileged to be entering my 26th year with Fort Bend ISD, and my 16th year at Juan Seguin Elementary.  I excitedly look forward to watching your child grow both socially and academically.  In my classroom we are all about reading, writing, and social studies. 

My goal as a teacher is to instill a love of learning in my students by exhibiting enthusiasm for what I am guiding them to learn.  It is through their enthusiasm and hard work in turn, that creates their pathway to success.  I also support and encourage their learning success by providing numerous opportunities for them to work and share their knowledge and ideas with other students.  In addition, I strive to teach my students responsibility and problem-solving to better equip them academically and socially.
