Hello! My name is Selena Spencer, and I am honored to serve as a 2nd grade Reading Language Arts and Social Studies teacher here at Seguin Elementary. In December 2024, I graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and began my teaching journey in January 2025. 

Becoming a teacher has been a lifelong dream of mine. After my youngest child graduated from high school, I returned to college to pursue that dream—and I feel blessed to be living it. My goal as an educator is to motivate, inspire, and encourage every child to reach their full potential, all while fostering a love for learning. I am looking forward to growing alongside your child this school year while creating a positive and engaging classroom where every child feels seen, supported, and valued.
