School Hours

  • Elementary school hours are from 8:10 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.

    Students are able to enter the building at 7:30 a.m.

    Students not in their seats by 8:10 a.m. are tardy.

    The official attendance-taking time ("snapshot") for Juan Seguin Elementary is 10:00 a.m. each school day.  Students are expected to be in class each day at 10:00 a.m.

    Please remember that if you drive your children to and from school, you must drive through the car rider lane in front of the school building. Children are not permitted to walk across the parking lot unescorted.

    All visitors must sign in at the front office and wear a visitor badge while they are in the building. When checking your students out early, the office requires proper identification. The office does not accept transportation changes over the phone. Requests must be in writing and given to the classroom teacher. Thank you for helping us keep students safe.
