My name is Suemyra Razvi and I have been teaching at Commonwealth Elementary since 2010. I was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. I grew up right across the street from the school; I remember when this school was built! I went to Town West Elementary School, First Colony Middle School, and Clements High School (all in FBISD). I graduated from the University of Houston's College of Education, and I was very fortunate to complete my student teaching right here at Commonwealth Elementary. It is so exciting to see how much Fort Bend ISD has grown and all it has become, and I love that I get to give back to the community I grew up in!

I have three rambunctious boys and a very supportive husband at home. We have a spunky cat named Miles and a Chinchilla named Morris. When I am not at school I love to dabble in photography, painting, cooking, watching movies, and cuddling up with a good book. I love being outdoors; we spend a lot of our time in the backyard and in our garden.  I LOVE teaching and I give it my ALL! I am looking forward to an incredible year with your child! I am all about having a growth mindset, valuing progress over perfection, and the importance of social emotional development and its role in the classroom.  I hope to make this year's learning fun and engaging :)
