Mrs. Jennifer Mittendorf

Welcome Everyone! My name is Jennifer Mittendorf and this will be my seventh year at Arizona Fleming Elementary and 18th year with Fort Bend ISD. It is such a delight to be part of such a wonderful school and Pre-K team.

I would love to tell you more about myself! I come from a family of two children and we were all born and raised in Texas. I started my experience in early childhood twenty-four years ago by working in a pre-school in the downtown area of Houston. I had such a wonderful experience working with the children and staff that I became a teacher of young children. In May 1998, I graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with my Bachelor's Degree. I have taught Kindergarten for nine years and Pre-K for fifteen years. I have worked in a Dual Language Program in Galena Park ISD and also have experience working in Reading Recovery for Fort Bend ISD. I have been married for 23 years and have two beautiful children. My family and I enjoy hiking, movies, parks, books, board games, family trips and just spending quality time together. 
 
It is going to be an exciting year and I am delighted to be working with your children!
