My name is Karla Vargas and I am your AFE Parent Educator.  I was born in Monterrey, Mexico and raised in Houston, TX.  I am an Alief Hastings Graduate, GO BEARS!  My career background is in Customer Service/Training and Development.  I joined FBISD Collaborative Communities as a Parent Educator in 2011.  Continuing my career in training, working with parents and supporting my community, has been an amazing experience here at Fleming.  I look forward to seeing you all at the Parent/Family Resource Center this school year.
