My name is Ms. Austin. This will be my 10th year teaching in the public school setting but my 14th year working with children. Before earning my degree in early childhood education from University of Houston-Victoria, I worked in childcare with 3-4 year olds. I determined early in my career that my passion was working with primary grades helping to lay the foundation for all the learning to come. When I’m not in the classroom I can be found spending time with my family and my dog Hazel, volunteering at my church, or traveling.
