Hello, my name is Ms. Hallmark and I am a kindergarten teacher at Palmer Elementary.  I have been a teacher for more than 10 years, and teaching in Fort Bend for 4 years.  I grew up in Sugar Land attending fort bend schools for all of my childhood years. I have a bachelor's of science from the University of Houston.  Palmer is a wonderful family environment, with great educators. It's going to be a great year!
