Ms. Williams is a native of New Orleans where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education at Xavier University of Lousiana. She moved to Houston in 2000 where she eventually earned her Master's in School Counseling and certification in Special Education. This is her 2nd year at Palmer Elementary as the Behavioral Services teacher. Ms. Williams is the mother of three children and has the joy of having 2 grandchildren.
