Greetings! My name is Loretta Moutra. I am a lifelong resident of Missouri City, Texas. I am a proud product of Fort Bend ISD! Growing up, my parents owned a private school so I have literally been in Education my entire life!

This is my 7th year as a certified special education teacher in FBISD. However, it will be my 8th year in the district in Special Education.

My background includes Adult Transition Services as a para professional, ECSE teacher, The CLASS Program teacher, Resource and Inclusion teacher, and now SAILS teacher at the absolutely amazing Rosa Parks Elementary!

For the 2024-25 school year, I will be serving as the Special Education Department Chair. 

I became an educator to be a voice for students who have difficulty communicating their needs and aspirations. I have a deep love and respect for all children. I thrive to be an advocate and voice for my parents and guardians and students. I am honored to be part of your village.
