Vision: Rosa Parks Elementary Students will emerge as lifelong learners who will respect and embrace diversity, think critically during the learning process, and demonstrate resilience each and every day.

Mission: Rosa Parks Elementary exists to facilitate an instructional program that will educate the whole child, inspire students to become an inspiration to themselves and others, and empower them to take risks in learning.
