My name is Christina Fender and I am currently a Third Grade teacher at Sienna Crossing Elementary.  This is my 10th year in Fort Bend.  This is my 17th year teaching, which includes teaching Second Grade, Third Grade and Fourth Grade.  I enjoy teaching Third Grade because this is a year full of academic growth for children and I love to find new ways to teach information.  I can't wait to see how my students grow this year as learners! 

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning and Development with a minor in Psychology.  I hold additional certifications for ESL and GT.      

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. especially outdoor activities.  I like going to the movies, trying new restaurants and listening to music.  When I can get some time to myself, I love to read.
