Hello! My name is Mr. Maninantan, and I am delighted to spend another year as the music teacher here at Barbara Jordan Elementary. I graduated from the University of Houston with my Bachelor's in Music Education, and I am incredibly excited to share the joys and wonders of music making with the students. I have an extensive choral background, and frequently sing and play in ensembles outside of teaching, from church choir commitments, handbell ensembles, to local choruses in the Houston area. 

When not teaching, I work as a composer and arranger of music, from classical literature to pop songs! I am an avid foodie, and love cooking and trying new recipes.
