Mrs. Deitra Fontenot
Welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Mrs. Deitra Fontenot and I am so excited about being your child's teacher this year! I graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Go Coogs! My professional background includes working for many years as an accountant until my passion for teaching led me to pursue a career in education. I strive to make a difference by teaching tomorrow's leaders and showing them every child can learn!
When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and two college-age children, traveling, reading and working with the youth of my church. I look forward to a year of glowing and growing in 3rd grade!
