My name is Dormischa Washington, I’m a Texas native.  I was born and raised in Houston.  I am an educational product of Houston Independent School District. I continued my education at Stephen F. Austin State University, where I graduated with a Bachelor fo Science degree in 2005.  Later, I received a Master of Education from Concordia University.

I have nine years of experience in teaching.  I’ve taught grades first through third over those years.  I have three years experience in first and second grade, and six years experience in third grade.  I worked in Pasadena Independent School District as well as Houston Independent School District.
