Mr. Carlo Leiva
Welcome to E. A. Jones! It is an honor to be an E. A. Jones Dragon. Our students’ success is grounded on the collaboration and dedication of our campus staff, parents, and community. It is with the support of all stakeholders that I will continue to lead our campus to increase academic growth and campus pride.
I have had to opportunity to serve students, parents, and communities for the past 14 years as an educator in different capacities. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky and a Master of Education from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, Texas.
My beautiful and intelligent wife is also an educator. We are blessed to be the proud parents of a brilliant 8-year-old boy and a precious one and half year baby girl. As residents and employees of the Fort Bend community, we are committed to the vision and mission of FBISD.
I believe in an open door policy and I look forward to meeting each of you. Please be involved and support our PTO efforts.
It is a privilege to be your Principal at E. A. Jones Elementary. I look forward to a great school year. GO DRAGONS!

Mrs. Shannon Reese
Welcome to E.A. Jones Elementary School’s Webpage! It is with great pleasure that I serve as Assistant Principal for the 2018-2019 school year!
My name is Shannon Reese and I am a proud native of Lafayette, Louisiana. I attended the University of Louisiana where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Education as well as my Master of Education in Educational Leadership. I have been in education for 14 years. All of my years of experience have been on the elementary level. I taught fourth grade for seven years and have served the remaining seven years as an Elementary Assistant Principal.
I firmly believe that all students can be successful and meet their fullest potential when parents and schools work together. It is my hope that all of our families and community members will collaborate and join forces for our students.
This 2016-2017 school year will be one filled with engaging activities and learning opportunities. We will host a variety of family activities where parents will learn how to help their child(ren) be successful! I look forward to serving each and every one of you!
