Hello everyone!!

I am super excited about the upcoming 2024-25 school year!  This is my 4th year in 1st grade and I look forward to meeting my students and their family.

I was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, the oldest boy of seven children.  I was brought to the USA when I was in second grade and, like many of my students, Spanish was my first language.  I also went to FBISD, Blue Ridge Elem., Quail Valley Jr. High and graduated from Dulles High.  I am now the father of three wonderful girls and the grandparent of four boys.  I love teaching, reading, bike riding and playing all sports.  I have also been coaching baseball for the last two years. I am proud to say I know a little bit about everything, "Jack of all trades and master of none."

Estoy muy emocionado por el próximo año escolar 2024-25! Este es mi segundo año en 1er grado y espero conocer a mis estudiantes y su familia.

Creo que he vuelto a casa después de una larga ausencia. Nací en Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, el mayor de siete hermanos. Me trajeron a los Estados Unidos cuando estaba en segundo grado y, como muchos de mis estudiantes, 
el español era mi primer idioma. También era estudiante de FBISD. Fui al primaria de Blue Ridge Elem., Quail Valley Jr. High y me gradué de Dulles High School.
Ahora soy padre de tres maravillosas niñas y abuelo de cuatro niños. Me encanta enseñar, leer, andar en bicicleta y practicar todos los deportes. Se un poco de todo
y tambien he trabajado bajo el caliente sol.
