Ms. Williams realized that she had a gift for mathematics that others did not seem to have as a child.  As she grew older, she determined that one of her career goals would be to transfer her love of mathematics to as many others as possible by influencing math instruction.  She does this by using lessons that will allow students to visualize, explore, and investigate math concepts, promote inquiry-based learning, and allow all students to be active learners.

It is her commitment to help students develop an appreciation for mathematics and problem-solving.  Her passion is to help prepare students for the future in all areas of life.  Helping students open their minds about how mathematics is used daily will contribute to eliminating the fear that is associated with the study of math.  It is her intent to have all of our students fully prepared to enter the next level of math at the appropriate time.  She will forever be a teacher and life-long learner at heart.  It is her pleasure to serve you!
