Change of Emergency contact

FBISD requires these documents: 

• Copy TX driver's license with new address (change at www.texas.gov & provide receipt)
• Completed and Signed Emergency Contact Form

Turn in documents to the Registrar

 Remember to include your student's name in the subject line!
