• Verification of Enrollment - VOE

    VOE documents are handled by our Registrar.  A VOE is required to apply for a Driver's License/State ID, State Benefits, and Academy Applications.  

    Due to the pandemic, the VOE process will be a little different. Please send an email to our Registrar to request your VOE.  VOE documents will be sent electronically within 48 hours of the request, via email.  A VOE issued during the school year will expire 30 days from the date of issuance. 

    Send an email to make your request. Please write VOE REQUEST in the subject line of your email.

    Please include the following information:

    1. Your name and telephone number
    2. Students' Date of Birth
    3. Student ID (also known as their lunch number)
    4. Reason for VOE
    5. A scanned copy/photo of your driver's license or official photo ID
